Ingredients
- one container of ice cream (vanilla or strawberry).
- one ready-made cookie crust.
Method
- Scoop softened but not totally melted ice cream into the cookie crust, put in freezer for a few hours or until firm
- Slice a piece for each of your guests sprinkle with cinnamon and whipped cream
