Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 4 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
- 1 small onion – chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tomatoes – sliced
- 1 cup brown sauce – see recipe
- salt and pepper
Method
- Simmer green pepper and onion in butter or margarine until soft.
- Add mushrooms and tomatoes, simmer about 5 minutes.
- Add brown sauce and bring to a boil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
