Ingredients
Makes about 1 1/4 cups
- 1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- salt
- ground cayenne
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the tahini and water, stirring to blend
- Add the lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and parsley and stir until well combined
- Season with salt and cayenne to taste
- Store leftover dressing tightly covered in the refrigerator, where it will keep for 2 to 3 days
