Creamy Split Pea Curry Indian Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serves: 6
  • 1 1/2 cups dried split peas
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp green curry paste
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 15 oz can coconut milk
  • 28 oz can tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Add all ingredients except cream into the slow cooker.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. Add cream and stir well.
  5. Serve with rice and enjoy.
