Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 (14-16 oz.) cans creamed corn
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1/2 C. milk
Method
- Set your oven to 400 degrees F before doing anything else and arrange a rack in the center of oven
- Grease an 8-inch square baking dish
- In a bowl, crack the eggs and with an electric mixer, beat until foamy
- Add the remaining ingredients and beat until well combined
- Place the mixture into prepared baking dish
- Cook in the oven for about 35 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
