Ingredients
- 1 pound (455 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 220 g shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup (160 g) diced onion
- 1 can (10 ounces, or 280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (12 ounces, or 340 g) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
Method
- Brown ground beef in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- Drain
- Combine beef and remaining ingredients in slow cooker
- Cook on low 3 to 5 hours or until heated through
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 137 g water; 290 calories (60% from fat, 29% from protein, 10% from carb)
Serve over cooked pasta or noodles
