Ingredients
- 1 pound (455 g) ground beef
- 1 cup (160 g) sliced onions
- 1 cup (130 g) thinly sliced carrots
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
- ¼ cup (60 ml) milk
- 2-3 potatoes, thinly sliced
Method
- Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
- Layer ground beef, onions, carrots, and pepper in prepared slow cooker
- Combine soup and milk
- Toss with potatoes
- Arrange potato mixture in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 255 g water; 297 calories (32% from fat, 20% from protein, 48% from carb)
