Ingredients
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
- 1 (6-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy
- Store leftover dressing tightly covered in the refrigerator, where it will keep for up to 2 days
