Creamy Artichoke Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

Makes about 1 1/2 cups

  • 1 (6-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy
  2. Store leftover dressing tightly covered in the refrigerator, where it will keep for up to 2 days
