Cranberry Oatmeal Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4¼ cups (1 L) water
  • 1½ cups (120 g) rolled oats
  • ¼ cup (80 g) maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup (50 g) raisins
  • 1/3 cup (40 g) dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Method

  1. Spray the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
  2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, cover, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
  3. Yield: 8 servings
  4. Per serving: 135 g water; 110 calories (8% from fat, 9% from protein, 82% from carb)
