Ingredients
- 2 apples, peeled or unpeeled, cut into 1-inch (2 5 cm) cubes
- ½ cup (120 ml) apple juice
- ½ cup (55 g) fresh cranberries
- ¼ cup (50 g) sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hours or until apples are as soft as you like them
- Serve warm or refrigerate and serve chilled
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 136 g water; 108 calories (2% from fat, 1% from protein, 97% from carb)
