Crab And Cheese Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch pie) deep dish frozen pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 dashes hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco), or to taste
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, flaked
- 1 green onion, chopped
Method
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
- Bake pie crust for about 10 minutes to get it crispy
- Now mix shredded cheese, eggs, onion, salt, cream, pepper, imitation crab and hot sauce in a bowl and pour this into baked pie
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color and an additional 30 minutes in the oven after turning it off
Servings : 9 inch pie
