Cornmeal Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
Method
- Mix all ingredients together as in making corn bread.
- Butter pie pans and pour in batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees.
- Pie is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
