Ingredients

- 1 1/2 pounds carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- Cook carrots in salty water until tender.
- Drain and cool.
- Slice onion and set aside.
- SAUCE: 1 Can tomato soup 1/2 Cup salad oil 3/4 Cup vinegar 2/3 Cup sugar 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp salt Pepper
- Blend sauce and pour over carrots.
- Add onions.
- Refrigerate.
- Keeps 2 – 3 weeks.
