Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
- 1 cup crushed ice
- fresh strawberries or pineapple chunks, optional garnish
Method
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy
- Serve immediately, garnished with fruit, if desired
