Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parsley sprigs
- 1/2 small onion – cut up
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach – thawed
Method
- In covered blender container blend all ingredients at high speed until finely chopped and mixed well.
- Cover, refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Makes 2 3/4 cups
