- 1 Jar Ragu’ Italian Cooking Sauce
- 4 Pounds Round Roast, Trimmed
- 1 Clove Garlic – minced
- 1 Medium Onion – sliced
- salt And Pepper – to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
Method
- Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
- Brown on all sides in oil.
- Add onion and garlic; brown lightly.
- Pour off excess oil.
- Add jar Ragu sauce, Cover and simmer for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
