Ingredients
- 1 cup (200 g) sugar
- cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 475 ml apple cider
- 700 ml orange juice orange
Method
- Combine all ingredients except the orange in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on low 4 to 10 hours or on high 2 to 3 hours
- Float thin slices of orange in cooker before serving
- Yield: 12 servings
- Per serving: 105 g water; 120 calories (2% from fat, 2% from protein, 96% from carb)
