- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro
- sea salt and cracked black pepper
Method
- Add all of the ingredients (except the cilantro) to a food processor or blender
- Blend until smooth, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time (up to 3 tablespoons) until the mixture reaches the desired consistency
- Add the cilantro and pulse until you reach the desired amount of cilantro bits in the dressing
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
