Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

Makes about 3 cups

  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 3 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup thick dairy-free milk or cream

Method

  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth and creamy
  2. If the consistency is too thick, add a little more milk, a tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached
  3. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the frosting into a bowl
  4. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days
