Ingredients
Servings : 2-4 dishes.
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Method
- In a small saucepan, combine the almond milk with the cocoa powder and bring to a boil
- Simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes
- Remove from heat and let it cool
- In another bowl, mix the coconut milk, cream of coconut, vanilla and sugar then freeze this mixture in your ice cream maker
- When almost done, gradually pour in the cocoa sauce you made earlier
- By doing so, the ice cream will be marbled
- Serve right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer
