Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour, * see note
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 cups splenda, **see note
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • Method

  • Beat everything together and put into a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Cool and serve with fat free cool whip and your choice of toppings.
  • * using all white flour does not change the points, it’s close, it does change the amount of fiber.
