Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup presweetened instant cocoa powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Combine all ingredients, beating until blended.
- Heat a greased 6″ skillet.
- Pour 2 tbsp of batter into skillet for each crepe.
- Lift and tilt skillet quickly to spread batter.
- Brown on one side; then flip to brown second side.
- Yield: 16 to 18 crepes
