Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound extra-firm tofu, drained, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F
- Lightly oil a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and set aside
- In a food processor, combine the soy sauce, chipotles and oil and process until blended
- Scrape the chipotle mixture into a small bowl
- Brush the chipotle mixture onto both sides of the tofu slices and arrange them in a single layer in the prepared pan
- Bake until hot, about 20 minutes
- Serve immediately
