Ingredients
- Serving Size : 4
- 1 Frying chicken
- 1 cup Dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Method
- Wash chicken and cut up.
- In small amount of oil, brown chicken pieces on all sides.
- Pour off excess oil.
- Add wine and seasonings.
- Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
