Ingredients
- boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup (230 g) sour cream
- 225g mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices low-salt bacon, cooked and crumbled
Method
- Place chicken in slow cooker
- In a mixing bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and mushrooms
- Pour over chicken
- Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours or until chicken is tender but not dry
- Sprinkle with bacon before serving
- Yield: 4 servings
- Per serving: 217 g water; 252 calories (46% from fat, 38% from protein, 16% from carb)
Serve over cooked rice or pasta
