Chicken Vegetable Curry Indian Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serves: 4
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 3 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless and cut into pieces
  • 2 tsp ground cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 14 oz can coconut milk
  • 10.75 oz can chicken soup
  • 10.75 oz can mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method

  1. Melt butter in the pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer to the slow cooker.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours then reduce heat to low and cook for another 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
