Chicken Puffs Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 1
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup water – boiling
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheese – shredded
  • 2 cups chicken – cooked
  • 2 tablespoons olives
  • 2 tablespoons wine
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Method

  1. Melt butter in boiling water.
  2. Add flour; stir vigorously.
  3. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn’t separate.
  4. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  5. Preheat oven to 400.
  6. Add egg; beat vigorously until smooth.
  7. Stir in cheese.
  8. Drop dough onto greased baking sheet, using 1 level teaspoon dough for each puff
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven; cool and split.
  11. Finely chop cooked chicken, pimiento, and olives.
  12. Combine with remaining ingredients.
  13. Fill each puff with 2 teaspoons.
