Ingredients
- 1 pound (900 g) chicken breasts
- 1 can (280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons (15 g) low-salt onion soup mix
- 1 cup (235 ml) dry white wine
Method
- Put chicken in slow cooker
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken
- Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 134 g water; 214 calories (20% from fat, 72% from protein, 8% from carb)
Serve over rice, pasta, or potatoes
