Cheese And Mushroom Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch pie) unbaked 9 inch pie pie crust
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsps all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsps milk
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
- Make a layer of cheese, mushrooms and onions in the baking dish and pour mixture of eggs whites, milk, yolks and flour over it
- Spread it evenly and then add thyme, pepper and some salt
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
