Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup water
Method
- Drain the cashews and add to a high speed blender
- Add 1/4 cup water and blend to a smooth cream
- Add a tablespoon more water if needed
- Refrigerate and store for up to a week
- Variation: to make cashew milk: Blend 1 cup soaked cashews with 2 cups of water until smooth
- Add 1 to 2 more cups of water and blend in to get the desired consistency
