Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 1 gallon green beans
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 1 cup vinegar
Method
- Snap beans and rinse.
- Cook beans on top of stove 20 minutes, put into hot jars.
- Combine sugar, salt and vinegar.
- Cook until hot.
- Pour over green beans in jars.
- Seal jars.
- Makes 1 gallon.
