Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- cashews – amount you want
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- cinnamon – to taste
Method
- Cut cashews into small pieces.
- Layer in heavy pan with sugar and dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Repeat layer.
- Pour lemon juice over all.
- Cover and start on low heat after cashews are almost tender remove cover and let cook down until glazed and tender.
