Calories Burned Manual Labor

Manual Labor covers any job that involves working with your hands and/or with tools, for the purpose of building, destroying, repairing or manufacturing something qualifies as manual labor. 

A labourer does manual work that requires high physical strength and fitness to construct buildings or structures. Labourers are employed to perform physical, manual work, for example digging trenches, laying foundations, building walls, plastering and fitting windows. Construction labourers prepare building and civil engineering sites and carry out manual jobs once work starts.
