MYTH: Hula hooping is great to shed fat and get a flat stomach.

Hula hooping is a great aerobic workout as it keeps your abs engaged and those muscles need working like any other However you CANNOT shed fat from localized areas, this way or any other. So make sure doing hula hoops is only PART of your routine. Try walking while hula hooping.

Tip: Don’t bother getting a weighted hula hoop It burns more calories controlling the lighter ones!
