Ingredients
Servings : 1.
- 1 slice of bread
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/8 teaspoon salt, more if desired
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- red pepper flakes
- sea or rock salt to taste
Method
- Toast your slice of bread as you prefer
- Remove the pit from the avocado
- Use a big spoon to scoop out the flesh
- Put it in a bowl and mash it up with a fork
- Can be as smooth or not as you like
- Mix in salt to taste
- Spread avocado on top of your toast
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice
- Add a sprinkle of pepper flakes and salt
