Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 1 butternut squash – (1 to 2)
- salt to taste
- butter.
- brown sugar
Method
- Peel, slice and cook squash in small amount of water.
- When tender, drain and mash.
- Add salt, butter and brown sugar to taste.
- Turn into greased casserole dish.
- Bake in 350 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
