Ingredients
- Serves: 4
- 1 cup brown rice, uncooked
- 2 tbsp green onion, sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/4 cup water

Method
- Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and mix well.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
