Ingredients
Makes 2 To 3 Servings
- 1½ cups bulgur
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Method
- Place the bulgur in a medium-sized bowl, and pour in the water
- Cover with a plate and leave alone for 30 minutes
- Fluff with a fork, stir in the olive oil and the salt, and it’s ready to serve
