Ingredients
For Crust:
- 3/4 cup butter, room temp
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, room temp
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a large mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, vanilla and butter, beating until light and fluffy
- Press into the bottom of a lightly greased, 9 x 13 inch pan
- Bake for 20 minutes, until just golden
- Meanwhile, in a separate large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth
- Add in eggs until just combined
- Fold in toffee bits
- Spread evenly over crust
- Drizzle caramel sauce over top and swirl together with a knife
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until set
- Cool, cover and chill overnight
