Papaya Paradise Smoothie
Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 2 fresh ripe papayas, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 2 frozen ripe bananas, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup chilled pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup chilled unsweetened coconut milk (optional)
- fresh strawberries or pineapple chunks, for garnish (optional)
Method
- In a blender or food processor, combine the papayas, bananas, pineapple juice and coconut milk, if using until well blended
- Pour into glasses and garnish with strawberries or pineapple chunks, if using
- Serve immediately
