Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 tbsp (14 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (160 g) coarsely chopped onion
  • 115g Cheddar cheese, shredded

Method

  1. Slice potatoes 1/4-inch (63 mm) thick
  2. Layer potatoes, butter, onion, and cheese, making two layers of each
  3. Cook on high 8 to 10 hours
  4. Yield: 6 servings
