Brandy Balls Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 6
- 2 Packages Vanilla Wafer Cookies
- 1/4 Cup Brandy – Kirschwasser Leroux
- 1/4 Cup Rum – Bacardi
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1 Pound Ground Walnuts
- confectioners Sugar.
Method
- Grind vanilla wafers and mix well with remaining ingredients except sugar.
- Form small balls and roll in sugar.
- Store in tightly covered containers.
- Makes about 60 balls.
