Bittersweet Chocolate Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 8 oz. butter, diced
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 oz. sugar
  • 1 oz. sifted flour
  • nonstick cooking spray

Method

  1. Set your oven to 325 degrees F before doing anything else and grease 12 souffle dishes with non-stick spray
  2. In the top of a double boiler, place the chocolate and butter and heat until melted, stirring continuously
  3. In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar and beat until light and fluffy
  4. Add the flour into the bowl of chocolate mixture and mix well
  5. Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the flour mixture
  6. Place the mixture into the prepared souffle dishes evenly
  7. Cook in the oven for about 9-12 minutes
  8. Serve immediately
