Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter – softened
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/3 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 16 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
Method
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix brown sugar, margarine and egg in large bowl.
- Mix in baking mix and flour until smooth; stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2″ apart onto greased cookie sheep.
- Bake until almost no impression remains when touched lightly, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Immediately remove cookies to wire rack.
- Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
