Beef With Gravy Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons (28 g) low-salt onion soup mix
  • 1 pound (455 g) beef round steak, cut into 1-inch (2 5 cm) cubes

Method

  1. Spray the interior of the cooker with nonstick cooking spray
  2. In the slow cooker, combine soup and soup mix
  3. Stir in beef
  4. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or until meat is tender but not dry
  5. Yield: 3 servings
  6. Per serving: 190 g water; 241 calories (26% from fat, 61% from protein, 13% from carb)
  7. Serve over cooked noodles or mashed potatoes
