Beef Mushroom Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes with juice
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 1/2 cups Granburger*
- 8 ounces medium noodles
- 8 ounces cheese, grated
Method
- Coat saucepan with oil
- Add bell pepper, onion and celery
- Cover
- Cook about 10 minutes
- Add remaining ingredients except noodles and cheese
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes
- Meanwhile, cook noodles and add to other ingredients
- Put into a casserole and top with grated cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes
