Baurus Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
Makes 1
- 1 French-style crusty white roll, short length of baguette, or Portuguese-style roll
- 4 slices cold roast beef
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 dill pickle, sliced
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
Method
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (170°C) Gas 3
- Split the rol and remove most of the crumb inside
- Layer on the roast beef, tomato, dil pickle, and mozzarel a cheese
- Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted
- Serve immediately
