Basic Cornbread Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package cornbread/muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Method

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients
  2. Pour into a greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish
  3. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top and edges are golden brown
