Ingredients
Servings : 2-4 dishes.
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 4 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Put the frozen bananas in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth
- Transfer into a bowl and stir in the coconut cream, brown sugar, vanilla and walnuts
- Freeze for 2 hours before serving
