Ingredients
- Serving Size : 8
- 3 cups skim milk
- 1 cup short-grain rice
- 3 banana – mashed
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients well and pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender.
